Raksha Bandhan (02-08-2012)

Raksha Bandhan is one of the most popular festivals in India. Celebrating the divine bond of love betwee brother & sister, Raksha Bandhan is also known as 'Rakhi'. Sisters tie a delicate silk string of 'Rakhi' on their brother's right wrist, and pray for their long life.  They also present them gift as a symbol of their love. Brothers also in turn, give them special  rakhi gifts and vows to protect and care for them life long. Thus, the affectionate festivity of Raksha Bandhan becomes a token of blessings, wishes, enthusiasm & love.
